Louise Brooke
Curriculum Area Manager
Louise has over twelve years experience in art and design education. Including time working in the games industry. She has managed a number of courses within the School of Art, the most recent being the BA in Illustration.
She has an MA in Image Synthesis and Computer Animation from the Middlesex University and a BA in Fine Art/Graphics at Nottingham University and a PGCE in Teaching at Oxford Brookes University, Louise is also an Associate member of the CMI.
Greg Rendell
Deputy Curriculum Area Manager
With over twenty years as an educationalist, Greg has taught on a wide range of art & design courses and is currently teaching on the HND and ND Photography, the MA Archaeological Illustration, the Foundation course and the BA Graphic Design courses.
His specialisms are Graphic Design and Professional Practice. He has a BA in Educational Practice from Oxford Brookes University, a Regional Diploma in Graphic Design and a Cert Ed. in teaching.
Nikki Ackland Snow - Illustration
Currently a part-time Lecturer with her own thriving business, Nikki teaching on the Foundation and BA Narrative and Sequential Illustration courses.
Belinda Armstrong - Graphic Design
Currently an Associate Lecturer, Cert Ed., Belinda is the Programme Leader for the HND Photography course. She also teaches on the BA (hons) Graphic Design course, as well being involved in a design consultancy in Swindon.
Belinda's specialisms are advertising, ideas generation and managing students to achieve their full potential.
Shanta Barber - Learning Supervisor/Technician
She has recently completed a BA (Hons) Fine Art in the School and is very active in the local artistic community. She has curated a number of shows at the Post- Modern Gallery in Swindon.
Peter Benson- Photography
Pete is an Associate Lecturer, who teaches on the HND Photography and BA Graphic Design courses. He is also a freelance photographer and External Examiner for Bournemouth University.
He has an MA in Photography from the University of Westminster to add to his BA in Photography from Bath.
Sarah Blair - Illustration/Fine Art
Currently studying for a Phd at University of the West of England, with a working title of Illuminating Illustration - an attempt at description.
Sarah's passion is using words to enhance creative practice. She has also taught and delivered workshops for Oxford University Department of Continuing Education.
Dave Caton - Graphic Design
With over ten years teaching in an art & design environment. Dave's specialism is academic development in an art and design environment. He is the Programme Leader for the BA in Graphic Design course validated by Oxford Brookes University.
Dave got a first in his BA (Hons) Typography degree from Cranfield University and a PGCE in Teaching from University of Wales College at Newport.

Martin Joyce - Graphic Design / Professional Practice
Martin is a part-time Lecturer and has been teaching for over ten years. He got his BA (hons) in Graphic Design from the University of Bath and is studying for his PGCE. He also runs a successful design group: Blackberry Design, which specialises in corporate and branding work.
Brett KillingtonN - Photography
Brett is an Associate Lecturer, he is Course Leader for the National Diploma in Photography, and teaches on the HND Photography course. He has an MA in Photographic Studies from the University of Westminster.
He has been teaching at the School for over eight years. Brett regularly exhibits work and at the moment is featured in the Royal West of England Awards (RWA).

Neil has a BA in Packaging Design from Cranfield University and a PGCE in teaching. He teaches across a range of courses in the School; including the BA Graphic Design and the National Diplomas in Media Production and Art & Design.

Denise Roberts- Ceramics
Denise is Course Leader for the Foundation and Acess to HE Art & Design courses. She has a degree in Ceramics and a Cert Ed. She also runs her own ceramics studio and supplies to galleries and outlets nationally, including Falmouth, Brighton, Cirencester and Newbury. Denise is Member of Marlborough Open Studios group.
Andrew Rogers- Narrative & Sequential Illustration
Roger is a part-time Lecturer on the BA (hons) Narrative and Sequentail Illustration course. He is a published children's book/illustrator author whose latest projects include a 'Graphic Novel' for an international English language publisher.
Graham Smith - Fine Art Programme Leader and

Graham has undertaken curriculum research and work with English Heritage; Practicing Fine Artist - exhibiting vinyl cuts and drawings at Hot, Bath Gallery and Court Gallery, Calne. Commissioned illustration work for Oxford University Press. Discussions with Endomol Productions Ltd for Life Drawing as series of televised programmes.
